YOGA AND EXERCISE

Proper blood circulation, muscle tone and strength are essential for good health. Yoga and exercise help to achieve all these. They also strengthen the spina; cord and regulate endocribe secretions and balance the body and mind. Yogic practises ensure the blood remain free from toxins. It also help in puirfying blood. Yoga is a eight-fold path. We are using health related asnas. There are many types of Physical excercise, but the yogic system of asnas is the most complete benefiting far more then just the physical body. The asnas emphasize deep breathing, relaxed movements and mental concentration.
