Normally, Saurastra is famous for its bead work
but now even craftsmen of kutch have shifted to this craft. Jewellers
of Bhuj instead of making expensive ornaments of gold and silver are
now making pearl ornaments. Due to the attractiveness of this ornaments
they have become lovable and gained a major market share. Purses, animal
figure etc are also made of beads |
