Home Remedies:-
  • Eat walnut & raisin everyday.
  • Drink tea made of cinnamon & honey.
  • Idle people should go for a walk twice a day & do exercise.
  • Massage body with sesame oil & then take a bath.
  • Do fasting for 2 days & then stay on fruits & juice for 10 days.
  • Eat food only up to your capacity throughout your life, have more of fruits.
  • Drink 2-2 sp. of awla juice, specially in winter as a tonic.
  • Take deep breathing.
  • Do prayers, yoga, walking, swimming, have nutritious food (avoid oily food, eat more of salad, vegetable & fruits.), regularly take necessary medicines, have spiritual attitude, read such books, avoid gossiping, be active, use less of salt & sugar.
  • Naturotheraphy is very useful.
  • During this age, to cure joints problem, eat fenugreek seeds.
  • Divide your diet as follow, 25% heavy food, 25% salad, 25% water & 25% keep empty.
  • Cabbage & papaya are very useful in this age.
Ayurvedic Remedies:-
  • Take1 spoon of mixture of asparagus (shatawari), moon seed (garo), big caltrop (gokhru), awla & winter cherry (ashwagandha) powder taken in equal proportion, at empty stomach or intake bruhad rasayan powder.
  • Mix ½ sp. of rasayan powder in 1 sp. of trifala powder & intake with water.
  • Have shuddh shilajit & gugal along with Chandra prabhaguti.
  • After the age of 45, for overall good health, have moon seed (garo)+big caltrop (gokhru)+awla with milk, along with that add ¼ sp. of ashwagandha, pepper root (piparimul), liquorice roof (jethimadh), long pepper (lindi pipar).
  • For healthy long life take arjun's skin powder either with ghee, milk or jaggery water.
  • Fry brahmi in oil & eat.
  • Mix Winter cherry (ashwgandha) powder milk & drink.
  • Mix big caltrop (gokhru), ekhro, udad dal, cow itch (kaucha) seed, asparagus (shatawari) & add 1 sp. of this in milk & drink.
Vanaspati Remedies:-
  • Eat 5 leaves of bhrungraj, with black sesame to have healthy, long life.
