Ingredients:
  • 400 gm Maida
  • 500 gm ghee (To dip fry)
  • 150 gm chopped almond + pistachio
  • 100 gm cardamom + nutmeg powder
  • 50 gm poppy seeds
  • 1 cup grated dry coconut
  • 350 gm sugar powder
  • 100 gm Rava
  • 150 gm Mava
 
Method:
  • Sieve maida, add 2 tbs ghee & make dough of it. (Little soft than what we make for "puri".)
  • Cook mava in a plain pan till it become little reddish.
  • Then add poppy seed, almond + pistachio, cardamom + nutmeg powder in it.
  • Roast grated dried coconut on a low flame & then add to above mava mixture.
  • Take another pan, & cook rava with 2 tsp. of ghee.
  • Add rava mixture in mava, after rava gets cool.
  • Add sugar powder in it & mix well.
  • Make small puri of maida, fill 1 tsp. of mava mixture in it.
  • Wrap it well & fry it in ghee.
