1 cup chana dal.(Bengal gram)
100 gm sugar.
150 gm jaggery.
Cardamom & nutmeg powder.
¼ kg wheat flour.
1 sp oil or ghee.
Wash dal & keep to boil.
Churn the dal in the mixture & add jaggery & sugar in it.
Mix it properly & cook it on the gas.
When it becomes thick put off the gas & add cardamom & nutmeg.
Add oil inwheat flour & knead into dough. (Without salt)
Make a chapatti from the dough & add little dal mixture inbetween the chapatti.
Close the mixtutre from all sides & roll it again.
Roast the chapatti in a pan.
Serve it with ghee.
Make rest of the chapatti by same method.
To make red gram (tuver dal) puranpoli you can add jaggery or sugar.
