Veg. Corn Soup
Ingredients:
  • 1tin of corn cream style.
  • 1 tsp shredded carrot.
  • 1 tsp French beans (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp shredded cabbage.
  • 3 pinch of ajino moto.
  • ½ sp black pepper powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 6 sp corn flour (mix in ½ cup milk)
  • 2 sp boiled corn.
  • 4 bowl veg. stock.
Method:
  • Boil veg. stock add carrot, french beans, cabbage & stir.
  • Add ajino motto & boil for 2 minute.
  • Add 10 sp. corn cream & stir.
  • Melt corn flour in milk & add in the soup.
  • Add corn seed.
  • If the soup seems thin than add little corn flour and stir.
  • Make it thick.
  • Add salt & black powder.
  • Serve it hot.
  • By boiling it for second time the soup will get thin.

Note:

  • If want to add sugar, add it when salt & black pepper are added.
  • Serve it with shredded cheese, Soya sauce, chilly vinegar, salt, black pepper powder.
