100 gm shredded paneer.
2 tbsp white sauce or fresh cream.
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
½ green chilly (finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
Salt to taste.
2 tbsp shredded cooking cheese.
Cut capsicum into 2 pieces.
Keep it in salted water for 3 to 4 min & then remove it.
Put the stuffing in it.
Close it with cooking cheese.
Bake the capsicum on 200 cel for 1 min.
Serve it hot.
