Bajra na Rotla
  • 250 gms Bajra flour
  • Salt, water as per needed.
  • Ghee 2 to 3 spoons.


  • Take bajra flour in a dish.
  • Add salt water to it.
  • Mix it to make a dough.
  • Make big rolls from it.
  • Take a roll and knead it well.
  • Take the roll on the palm (if needed take some flour in the palm )
  • And press it round and round till it gets big.
  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Put the rotla on it and roast it up and down for about 5 to 7 mns.
  • Keep the rotla in a dish and cut it from the side.
  • Put some ghee in it.
  • Your Bajra Rotla is ready.
  • Serve it with curd, jaggery, or garlic chutney.
