Dal Dhokli
  • 250 gm. Tur dal.
  • 50 gm Groundnut.
  • 1 Tomato.
  • Oil.
  • salt to taste.
  • Jaggery (According to taste)
  • Cloves, pepper, cinnamon ·
  • Wheat flour.
  • Green chillies, aseafoetida, cumin seeds.
  • 3 to 4 cups Water.
  • Wash tur dal with water add groundnut, tomato in it and boil it in a pressure cooker.
  • Make dough of wheat flour.
  • Roll it in a shape of chappati and cut into square pieces.
  • Heat a pan add oil in it and add cloves, pepper, cinnamom, green chillies, aseafoetida.
  • Add boiled Tur Dal and water.
  • Add salt jaggery to it.
  • When dal gets boiled add ·
  • Square pieces of chappati.
  • Keep it on the gas for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Your Dal Dhokli is ready.
