Kadai Vegetable
Ingredients:

 

For 4 persons

  • 200 gm cauliflower (medium piece)
  • 50 gm French beans (small piece)
  • 100 gm carrot (small piece)
  • 50 gm green peas (1/2 cup)
  • 100 gm capsicum (medium piece)
  • 8 to 10 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 piece of ginger.
  • 3 green chilly, make paste of garlic, ginger and chilly.
  • ½ cup coriander.
  • 1 tsp coriander seed.
  • 1 tsp fennel seed.
  • 2 cinnamon.
  • 3 red boriya marcha.
  • 3 cloves.
  • 2 tsp red chilly powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • ½ sp garam masala.
  • ½ sp turmeric.
  • 3 onion (cut it in long and thin strips)
  • 4 tomato slice
  • 4 tsp oil.

 

 

 

Method:

  • Blend coriander seed, cumin seed, fennel seed, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, boriya marcha in a blender.
  • Heat oil in a pan & put onions in it to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then put dry masala powder in it to cook.
  • After 2 minutes put the mixed paste of ginger, chilly & garlic.
  • After 1 minute put cauliflower, mutter & tomatoes.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Put ¼ cup water & let it be for 5 minutes.
  • Then add Capcicum & garam masala , salt, chilly powder, turmeric.
  • Then add coriander leaves & serve it hot.

Note:

  • If you want to add paneer cut it into cubes, fry it in oil and then mix it in the vegetable.
