Paneer Pasanda
Ingredients :
  • 1/12 cup paneer cubes.

For Onion & cashew nut paste

  • 1cup onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger, 2 sp cashew nut piece.

Brown onion paste:

  • 2 onion slice, oil for frying.

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 sp chilly powder.
  • ½ sp garam masala.
  • 1cup curd.
  • 2 tsp oil.
  • Salt to taste.

 

Method:
Onion And Cashew nut paste

  • Boil onion in 1 cup water and make it soft.
  • Add ginger, garlic and cashew nut paste.

For brown onion paste

  • Fry golden brown onion.
  • Add onion and cashew nut paste.
  • Make paste with little water.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion & cashew nut paste & stir it for few min.
  • Add red chilly powder & garam masala till oil gets loose.
  • Remove the pan from the gas and mix curd in it.
  • Keep it on the gas and stir it for 5 to 6 min on low flame.
  • Add brown paste and salt & stir it for 2 min.
  • Add paneer and fresh cream in it.
  • Fried Paneer can also be add.
  • Serve it hot.

Note:

  • Imp while serving
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
