Quick Corn And Paneer Sabzi
Ingredients:

For 4 persons

  • 1cup corn (American yellow corn, boiled and crushed halfly)
  • 1cup paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 1cup onion slice.
  • ½ cup capsicum slice.
  • 1 cup tomato slice.
  • 1 sp roasted cumin seed powder (jeera powder)
  • ½ sp red chilly powder.
  • 2 sp oil.
  • Salt to taste.

 

 

Method:

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Then put onions, corns and capsicum.Cook it for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Add tomato in it and stir it.
  • Add cumin seed powder, red chilly powder, salt and mix it properly.
  • Add paneer and mix it properly for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Serve it hot.
