Jeera Rice
 Ingredients:
  • 3 cups of cooked rice.
  • 1 small onion (sliced finely)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (powdered)
  • 4 tsp ghee.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • Salt to taste.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in an open pan and add bay leaf & cumin seeds.
  • When they splutter, add the sliced onion and fry till the onions turn transparent.
  • Now add the cumin powder and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the cooked rice and salt to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve Hot.
