3 cups of cooked rice.
1 small onion (sliced finely)
1 tsp cumin seeds.
1 tsp cumin seeds (powdered)
4 tsp ghee.
1 bay leaf.
Salt to taste.
Heat ghee in an open pan and add bay leaf & cumin seeds.
When they splutter, add the sliced onion and fry till the onions turn transparent.
Now add the cumin powder and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the cooked rice and salt to taste.
