Cucumber & Green Gram Salad
 Ingredients:
  • 3 Cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Green Gram dal (moong dal)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • Salt/ Sugar/ pepper as per taste.
  • Grated Coconut for garnishing.
  • Chopped Coriander for garnishing.
 
Method:
  • Soak green gram dal in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours & drain it.
  • Mix cucumber, coriander, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, pepper & sugar in it.
  • Refrigerate it.
  • While serving garnish it with coconut & coriander.
  • Serve cold.
