Chinese Bhel
Ingredients:
  • 1packet noodles (boil & apply oil)
  • Keep aside ½ cup boiled
  • noodles.
  • 1cup of boiled Corn seeds.
  • 2 cup Cabbage shredded.
  • 1cup carrot shredded.
  • ½ cup Capsicum long
  • 1cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1cup coriander (finely chopped)

Sauce:

  • 4 Salary leaves.
  • ½ cup Coriander.
  • little ginger.
  • 6 to 8 French beans.
  • 3 Tbsp Nankeen sauce.
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce.
  • 2 Tsp vinegar
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder.
  • 2 tsp red chili powder.


  • Mix all & grind in a mixture to
  • make a paste.
  • Put 1cup water.
  • Heat a pan, put a paste cook &
  • stir for 5 min.
  • 1cup water & 2sp corn flour mix &
  • put in a paste. Cook it for 2 min.
  • Then, cool it & put little colour &
  • mix it.
  • Mix it well.

Method:
  • Fry noodles. (As per basic tips).
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, put cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ajino motto, stir 2 min & take it out.
  • Take a vessel put fry noodles, boil noodles, corn seeds, vegetable, onion mix it.
  • Put little sauce & mix it.
  • If you need put salt, black pepper& mix it.
  • Put in a plate sprinkle coriander.
  • Not necessary to put onion instead of it put cucumber.
