- 250 gm
- Turmeric, red chilly
- Salt, kings cumin(Ajwain).
- Water to make paste
- Mix all the masalas in
- Put water in the
mixture and make little thick paste.
- Heat the pan and
put some oil on it. If you are using non stick pan then oil is not required.
- Then put 1 tb.
Sp. of mixture on pan. Spread it in round shape with spoon.
- Turn it when the
down side get cooked.
- Let the other side
also get cooked for sometime.
- Your Challa (Pudla)
- Instead of gram
flour paste, you can also make challa of paste made from black mung
- During routine
days (i.e not during paryushan) you can add some vegetables like tomato,
capsicum, onion, chopped coriander leaves etc.
