1/3 cup udad dal (black gram)
2 tsp cooked rice
2 tsp poha
5 to 7 fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Oil / Ghee
Wash rice, black gram & fenugreek.
Soak poha and cooked rice in water for 2 hrs.
Grind in the blender and make a soft paste.
Keep it aside for 4 hrs & let it ferment.
Add salt and mix properly.
Apply oil on a non-stick pan.
Put fermentation paste on the non-stick pan and spread it.
Apply oil on the side of the ferment.
Remove when they become crispy.
Do the same from the rest of the paste.
