300 gm Chopped cashew nuts.
½ tsp Saffron.
Soak cashew nuts in water for 2 to 3 hours.
Drain all the water out.
Smash it properly into a smooth paste.
Invert this paste in a vessel & add sugar to it & mix well.
Now add ghee to it & start cooking it on low flame.
Stir till it binds up completely & starts leaving the vessel.
When done add saffron & cardamom powder.
Remove from heat & invert it between two greased plastic bags.
Press from above and make it as thin as you want.
When cool cut it into pieces.
