Gulab Pak
 Ingredients:
  • 250 gm Indian Rose Petals (fresh)
  • 250 gm Mava (khoya)
  • 300 gmSugar.
  • Ghee (as needed)
  • Rose Essence.
 
Method:
  • Roast washed & crushed rose petals in a pan.
  • Take another pan & roast mava (khoya) & add roasted paste of rose petals to it.
  • Also add sugar & stir well.
  • When done take it down from the flame & add essence.
  • Invert the mixer in the dish greased properly with ghee.
  • After sometime cut into pieces.
