Ingredients:
  • 250 gm khoya (mava) grated.
  • 125 gm Sugar powder.
  • Cardamom powder.
  • Saffron.
  • Pistachio.
 
Method:
  • Heat little shredded khoya & allow it to cool.
  • Add sugar & cardamom powder & stir it well.
  • Add saffron (kesar) color.
  • Mix all ingredients in the mixture & make small rolls from it.
  • Sprinkle pistachio on the pendas.
  • Put in any type of mould to give it a shape.
