4] All the muscles of the body should get some exercise daily. Physical exercises such as swimming, dancing, playing or walking will keep your body in good shape. Yoga helps to balance your body and mind. Creative exercise (Karm yoga) such as sweeping and clening gives good physical exercise and joy of creation and work satisfaction.
5] Keep your body clean. As far as possible take cold water baths as they invigorate the body give your skin a healthy lust and improve blood circulation. Rub and massage the body with your palm or a towel.
6] For internal cleanliness, keep the excretory organs healthy. Ensure that you do not suffer form constipation. Excretory organs such as intestines, skin,kidneys and lungs are responsible for getting rid of the toxins. make sure that are not over -loaded.
